Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase after one (1) year for any reason plandts will refund the cost of your item(s) - open or unopened. Email support@plandts.com for more details on how and where to send your item(s) back. We always respond within 1-2 business days.

Item arrives broken/ defective

 Please send a picture and description of the issue to support@plandts.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We stand by our products and will send you a return label at no charge, along with a replacement.

Watering Day Plants

We are confident in Watering Day and know it works in the overwhelming majority of home environments. If a Watering Day Plant you buy from us or one of our partner nurseries dies within one (1) year of receiving it we will send you one replacement plant at no charge. Please send 1) a picture of the plant in your Watering Day Pot, 2) where it was in your home and 3) your order number or a picture of the receipt to support@plandts.com. We will analyze your case and may recommend different plant options (no additional charge) for your needs.

 

Bamboo Fiber Pots

A perfectly manufactured Bamboo Fiber Watering Day Pot has a lifespan of 5+ years. However, since they are entirely biodegradable, a very small percentage are susceptible to water entering and expanding any microcracks accidentally formed during our manufacturers’ production process. While we apply a waterproof, non-toxic and biodegradable sealant as a safeguard we also have an ironclad lifetime (5 years) guarantee for our bamboo fiber pots. If any of your bamboo fiber pots crack at any point during their lifespan we will immediately send you another pot with soil at no charge.
